She is the only person shot dead during the assault on the Capitol. On a video posted by the Washington Post, she is seen among the crowd trying to enter the premises of the Democratic Speaker of the House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi. She had been looking forward to this January 6 day for a long time. “Nothing will stop us.
