1 – Le Monde.fr, site published by Le Monde interactif, presents a selection of testimonies, in the form of writings, photographs and videos which are freely submitted to it by its Internet users. 2 – Texts, photographs and videos are always presented with mention of the author's name. 3 – The participants authorize the use of their testimonies for publication on the Le Monde.fr site, in the Dailymotion du Monde.fr group (http://www.dailymotion.com/lemondefr) or in the daily newspaper "Le Monde ". 4 – The use of these writings, photographs and videos cannot give rise to a payment of copyright or to a remuneration in any form whatsoever. 5 – Le Monde interactif undertakes to take the greatest care of the works entrusted within the framework of this service, but cannot in any case be held responsible for loss or damage caused to the works. 6 – The Monde.fr team reserves the right to refuse testimony, in particular: – testimony contrary to the law (racism, call to violence or hatred, defamation, pornography, pedophilia, sexism, homophobia,. ..); – testimonies contrary to the rules of conduct of Monde.fr (bad spelling, words that do not conform to the subject requested, poor form, …); – testimonies whose subject or form is of little interest to readers; – testimonies already offered and published or similar to recently published testimony; – the representation of an identifiable natural person, in particular minors; – the representation of a work that may fall under copyright; – photographs and videos whose technical quality is insufficient (blurred photos, illegible or poor definition videos, inaudible soundtrack, …). 7 – Internet users who submit their testimony will receive an e-mail confirming or denying their acceptance and publication. Testimonies that have not been validated will not be kept by Le Monde interactif and may not be returned to their author.
