“Virginia L. Giuffre, Complainant, versus Prince Andrew, Duke of York, also known as Andrew Albert Christian Edward, Defendant. “ The complaint officially filed Monday, August 9 in the court of the Southern District of New York will be dated. Mme Giuffre officially accuses the Queen of England’s third child of repeatedly sexually assaulting her when she was a minor in the early 2000s.
The accusation has been known for a long time – Prince Andrew categorically denies the facts – but it is now in court. This is only a civil lawsuit and it is therefore impossible to see the prince one day in an American jail. However, the case will further embarrass the royal family, who have removed the Duke of York from any official position since the scandal erupted in 2019.
The charges relate to the years 2000 to 2002. Mr.me Giuffre, then known as Virginia Roberts, was one of the many underage girls that American billionaire Jeffrey Epstein “Recruit” to provide massages and sexual favors. The pedophile, who committed suicide in prison in August 2019, is regularly “Provided” in minors by a certain Ghislaine Maxwell, a Briton, daughter of a former billionaire fallen out of favor, who frequents the circles of the jet-set, and whose trial for pimping is due to take place this fall. It was she who introduced Prince Andrew to Jeffrey Epstein in 1999.
Billionaire’s “Gift”
After this meeting, the Queen’s second son regularly frequents the American, traveling in his private plane and using his residence in New York, which he acknowledges. The meeting with Mme Giuffre, who was only 17 at the time, was organized in London in 2001 by Mr. Epstein and took place at Mme Maxwell. To listen to the story of the young woman, which she played publicly for the first time in 2015 during an interview with Daily Mail, she was kind of ” gift “ from billionaire to prince. After dinner, the small group went out to a London nightclub before returning to Mme Maxwell, where the prince raped the girl. In his complaint, Mme Giuffre also identifies sexual assaults by Prince Andrew at Mr. Epstein’s New York residence and on his private island in the Virgin Islands. “The complainant was compelled by threats expressed or implied by Epstein, Maxwell and / or Prince Andrew to perform sexual acts with Prince Andrew, and she feared death or beatings if she disobeyed”, asserts the complaint. Mme Giuffre will eventually escape the grip of the American billionaire in 2002 during a trip to Thailand.
