Donald Trump's lawyers repeatedly implicated Joe Biden on Monday, January 27, on the second day of their pleadings in the President's recall trial. The Donald Trump indictment was sparked by the revelation of haggling suggested to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, according to Democrats. They assure that Donald Trump has conditioned military aid and an invitation to the White House to the opening of investigations in Ukraine targeting former Democratic Vice President Joe Biden through his son Hunter, who served in 2014 in 2019 to the board of directors of a gas company.

The position has fueled suspicion of a conflict of interest, although nothing illegal has ever been alleged against Hunter Biden. Former Florida prosecutor Pam Bondi, a family member of Donald Trump, criticized the Senate on Monday, "The millions" dollars earned in a position for which Hunter Biden had no particular skill, when his father, then vice-president of Barack Obama, was in charge of American policy in this country.

"All we are saying is that there was a basis to talk about it, to raise this issue. And that's enough "continued Pam Bondi to justify the mention of investigations targeting the Biden family in the July 25 telephone conversation between the two presidents whose revelation launched the Ukrainian affair. Donald Trump reiterates that Joe Biden at the time demanded the resignation of a Ukrainian prosecutor, saying that he was investigating his son's gas company. The prosecutor in question, however, was accused by the countries and international institutions involved in supporting Ukraine of not effectively fighting corruption.
