A giant party has started on the lawn in front of Independence Hall, a landmark in United States history, in Philadelphia (Pennsylvania). It was in this building that the Declaration of Independence was signed and the American Constitution was adopted.
It was this key state, with its 20 major voters, which tipped the scales in favor of Joe Biden on Saturday and which allowed him to win the election against Donald Trump.
