the curfew declared in three districts of Bogotá

After a peaceful day on Thursday, where a concert of pans in Colombia was held to denounce the violence of riot police, unrest erupted on the second day of the general strike. The mayor of Bogota then declared a curfew on Friday, November 22, in three working class neighborhoods in the Colombian capital to contain incidents and looting.

The three districts concerned are "Bosa, Kennedy and Ciudad Bolivar, from eight o'clock in the evening (2 hours in Paris Saturday)"Enrique Peñalosa said at a press conference.
