Thea Thanksgiving war did not occur. Thursday, November 28, the United States stopped as every year on the occasion of the holiday probably the most important for American families.

As a precaution, many media outlets had pre-published their advice to prevent the Trump Presidency from getting too much at the table and supplanting the often passionate but harmless debates on the best way to stuff the turkey. Lawrence Douglas, an academic at Amherst College, Massachusetts, had even reviewed the key scenarios for an anti-Trump assembly in the United States. Guardian in a humorous way, including the mention of his re-election.

Two days earlier, however, the President of the United States had seriously warned his faithful at a rally in Florida against the sneaky offensive of unidentified enemies but certainly linked to the left and the Democrats.

To undermine the religious foundations of the United States

"As we gather for Thanksgiving, you know, some people want to change the name of Thanksgiving," worried the president of the United States. "They do not want to use the term. People have different ideas on why it should not be called Thanksgiving, but everyone in this room, I know, likes that name, Thanksgiving. And we do not change it, " he had assured.

Donald Trump, who works mainly through conflict, is a repeat offender. Since his arrival at the White House, he has continued to praise the restoration of Christmas, the Christian festival having almost disappeared in the name of a politically correct mission to undermine the religious foundations of the United States.

"Now everyone is using the word Christmas again," he said Tuesday, hinting that previously his mention could lead you to a re-education camp administered by atheists armed ideologically to the teeth.

The thuriferous president taken by surprise

The bobard pleases a lot within the evangelical right. The one that energy secretary Rick Perry and former UN ambassador Nikki Haley seriously introduced this week as God's envoy could not do less to please the Most High.

The conspiracy against Thanksgiving, however, has taken the most ardent prurerious of the president by surprise, starting with the presenters of the conservative channel Fox News. The latter had a hard time identifying gravediggers, beyond the Amerindians who have some reasons not to celebrate the memory of a meal supposedly shared with the first settlers, very mythologically mythological, and which became a feast in 1863, incidentally at the height of the Civil War. Searching well, they found only one "Rumor" lending, in 2015, to Democratic President Barack Obama the desire to rename this secular holiday. Lack of luck, this "Rumor" had been denied at the time.
