A 13 year old should be fine if he is mature enough for sexual content, violence, gore (yes blood is pink but idgaf), heavy topics, etc. But Danganronpa V3 has that stuff and more sexual content but a 13–15 year old should be fine with that. This game isn’t recommended for people under 13.
