Head to the store, grab your food items from the Flashfood zone, and quickly confirm your order with the customer service desk. With a growing family this app is great when food prices are ridiculous as it is. I can shop and then pick up at the store anytime during that day.

At this time, we don’t cancel orders because the items on the app have a very short shelf life and won’t be put back on the app for sale. When orders are placed and not picked up, the items are docked from the inventory count and do end up going to waste, which is very sad.

Please fill out the customer concerns form with the necessary information to delete your account and we will delete your account as soon as we can. We will reply to your request once your account is officially deleted. Once you log off the app, you will no longer have access to the account.
