How do I use the Flashfood app?
Head to the store, grab your food items from the Flashfood zone, and quickly confirm your order with the customer service desk. With a growing family this app is great when food prices are ridiculous as it is. I can shop and then pick up at the store anytime during that day.
What happens if you don’t pick up your Flashfood order?
Your order is available almost immediately however if you can’t pick up on the day of it will be kept until the food is past its expiry date.

Basically, right now, Flashfood is partnered with Loblaws in Canada. Toronto, Fredericton, and most big cities have Flashfood locations.
How do I get a refund on Flashfood app?
Refunds are available on a case by case basis for payments processed through our services. Flashfood will, however, review requests for refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you are at any time dissatisfied with a product purchased through our Services, please contact support@flashfood.com.
Can you cancel a Flashfood order?
At this time, we don’t cancel orders because the items on the app have a very short shelf life and won’t be put back on the app for sale. When orders are placed and not picked up, the items are docked from the inventory count and do end up going to waste, which is very sad.
How long do I have to pick up my Flashfood order?

How do I delete my Flashfood account?
Please fill out the customer concerns form with the necessary information to delete your account and we will delete your account as soon as we can. We will reply to your request once your account is officially deleted. Once you log off the app, you will no longer have access to the account.
