How long will Hello Fresh meals last in the fridge? A. Hello Fresh meals seem to be good up to 5 days, but I wouldn’t exceed that amount. We cooked our 3 meals in 3 days, and always cook any seafood or fish we receive first as it only lasts 2 days in the fridge.
