Why won’t my descale light go off?
If you’ve already tried descaling your machine, but the light still won’t turn off, you may have a model with an official Descale Mode. If so, you’ll need to activate the Descale Mode to let the machine know that it is officially being descaled.

When flashing, press the brew button to start the rinsing process. Once the brew is complete, pour the hot liquid into the sink. Repeat this step until the DESCALE notification turns off. The brewer has now exited Descale Mode and will be ready for use!
